Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR department. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and supporting a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    a) Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial candidate interviews.
    b)Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    c) Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  2. Employee Relations:
    a)Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other workplace issues.
    b) Support in resolving employee conflicts and addressing grievances in a timely and professional manner.
    c) Help foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
  3.  Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    a) Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    b) Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and leave.
    c) Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employee benefits, taxes, and insurance.
  4.  Performance Management:
    a) Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, assisting in the preparation of performance reviews, and maintaining related documentation.
    b) Help identify training and development needs based on performance assessments.
  5.  Compliance & Documentation:
    a) Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    b) Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
    c) Assist in managing employee documentation, such as contracts, policies, and agreements.
  6.  Training & Development:
    a) Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
    b) Track and report on training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.
  7.  HR Reporting:
    a) Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as recruitment status, employee turnover, and training activities.
    b) Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required by management.
  8. Other HR Activities:
    a) Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives as required.
    b) Assist in the implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role (HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar).
  •  Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  •  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  •  HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, Workday).
  • Experience in managing or assisting with employee benefits programs.
