Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The
ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Resolve customer issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical, product, or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Record and track interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Escalate issues: When necessary, escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior team members or management, ensuring timely resolution.
Continuous improvement: Provide feedback and insights to help improve customer service processes and product offerings.
Follow up with customers: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Assist in training: Assist with training new employees on customer service protocols and software tools.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven customer support experience or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a specific industry may be advantageous.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with live chat or social media customer service
