Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, providing solutions and assistance while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients (U.S., U.K., Australia, etc.)

  •  Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions

  •  Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in CRM tools

  • Follow standard scripts and procedures while being adaptable to customer needs

  •  Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  •  Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  •  Previous experience in international voice process preferred (freshers may apply)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
  •  Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 30+ WPM
  •  Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
